Services
We offer a comprehensive range of mental health services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our team of licensed professionals provides personalized care rooted in evidence-based practices to help individuals and families achieve lasting emotional well-being.

Individual Therapy
Also known as counseling or psychotherapy, is a form of mental health treatment that involves one-on-one sessions between a therapist and an individual seeking support. In these confidential and supportive sessions, individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The goals of individual therapy can vary, but they often include inspiring positive change, improving quality of life, and helping people overcome issues that are difficult to face alone.
Marriage Counseling
Also known as couples counseling, relationship counseling, or couples therapy, is a form of therapy that supports people in intimate relationships. While the relationship itself is the focus in marital counseling, each partner is expected to pay attention to self-awareness and personal growth. The goal is to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen the bond between partners.

Family Therapy
Family therapy, also known as family counseling or systemic therapy, focuses on improving communication and understanding among family members. In these sessions, the therapist works with the entire family or specific members to identify patterns of interaction that may be contributing to conflict or emotional distress.
The goal of family therapy is to create a supportive environment where each person feels heard and valued. Through collaboration, families learn healthier ways to communicate, resolve differences, and strengthen emotional bonds to promote lasting harmony at home.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a safe and confidential space for individuals to connect with others who may share similar experiences or challenges. Led by a licensed therapist, group sessions encourage participants to express themselves, gain perspective, and develop coping strategies through shared understanding.
This form of therapy promotes personal growth by fostering empathy, mutual support, and accountability. Group therapy can be especially beneficial for individuals seeking connection, emotional insight, and the realization that they are not alone in their healing journey.

Biofeedback
Biofeedback therapy is a mind–body technique that helps individuals gain greater awareness and control over physiological functions such as heart rate, breathing, and muscle tension. During sessions, specialized equipment provides real-time feedback that allows clients to observe how their body responds to stress and relaxation.
By learning to consciously regulate these responses, clients can reduce symptoms related to anxiety, chronic pain, headaches, and other stress-related conditions. The goal of biofeedback therapy is to empower individuals to use self-regulation techniques that enhance both physical and emotional well-being.
Psychological
Testing
In many ways, psychological testing and assessment are similar to medical tests. Just as a primary care provider might order X-rays or blood tests to understand physical symptoms, psychologists use tests and other assessment tools to measure and observe a patient’s behavior. The results of these tests help in the development of a diagnosis and guide treatment. Psychologists administer various types of tests for different purposes.

Pre-Surgical
Clearance
An evaluation conducted before certain medical procedures, including Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) trial implantation, and Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery. Studies show that mental health symptoms and conditions can impact surgical outcomes. Many insurance companies and some states require psychological clearance. The evaluation involves a clinical interview, discussing medical history, social factors, family, education, and mental health. Questionnaires and psychological tests provide additional insights into pain management, mood, and daily functioning.
